Gyromania is a small, sun-warmed Greek & Mediterranean kitchen tucked onto Sievers Duecy Road in Everett, Washington. We carve our gyros by hand off a slow-turning spit, fold them into pockets of warm pita, and pile them onto plates that look more like family dinners than takeout.
The menu is built around the things we grew up eating - tender beef and lamb gyros, garlicky chicken shawarma, falafel that's crisp at the edges and herby in the middle, hummus and baba ganoush whisked smooth. Build-your-own is our pride: choose your base (rice, salad, fries, pita, tortilla wrap), your protein, and as many sauces as you can possibly justify. We won't judge you for ordering extra tzatziki. We expect it.
Whether it's a quick weekday lunch in Everett or dinner you're sharing with the whole table, we want you to leave a little fuller, a little happier, and reordering by Tuesday.
